It started when Rick Phillips walked in and put on his blue bootie covers over his shoes. Rick was very professional and courteous. Rick went over with me the problems that needed to be addressed and at that time discussed with me how to proceed. Rick snaked my bathtub, and cleaned up the tub shiny and clean again and gave me some very helpful hints on how to protect my drains going forward. Rick then went down to the kitchen where he proceeded to snake that drain and while doing so, noticed a huge puddle on the floor . Upon further investigation Rick observed a whole in the pipe. Rick immediately called Chris in the restoration business and asked him to come out on my behalf to take out my bottom cupboards so he could examine the problem, and Rick stayed until Chris got to my house in 20 minutes or so. Rick took a look at the leak and told Chris he needed everything opened up because the pipe was very corroded. I am so thankful that Rick found the leak and worked so quickly to take care of a very stressful situation for me. I called Rick today 15/09/16 and asked when he would be back to fix the hole and again he had a brilliant idea to put the new piping in the wall instead of my lower cabinet in the kitchen, giving me back precious storage space. Rick went far beyond customer service. Thank you so much Rick I appreciate this more than you will ever know.
