Had 2 furnaces installed and it took several months to get the part one needed. Furnace was dented and had to be reinstalled. Terrible quality of workmanship. Didn't reinstall air ducts, damaged walls, oil leak from truck on driveway. Paperwork doesn't match the serial numbers on furnaces. Worst install experience ever had.
