We moved from Saskatoon to Ottawa and the state that our belongings arrived in was simply offensive. Every single box was smashed in, chairs, tables, lamps, and paintings had not been properly wrapped and were destroyed. A few pieces of our furniture never even arrived, so who knows where on earth they ended up. We filed for insurance, and of the measly 400$ they said was our due, we only got 100$ as there is a 300$ deductible. The sheer cost of the movers (all of the hidden fees), the condition of our belongings and the despicable remuneration made it the worst moving experience imaginable. Avoid this company like the plague.
