Deposit refund is a pain once you cancel a project for whatever reason. 2 months since i paid the deposit am still following up. Before signing the contract discuss a refund process.
I got Ian’s contacts from this website and he was very quick to respond. I spoke to Alison and mentioned that i was pregnant and didnt want to take any measurements so she agreed to send someone and that’s when Ian came to my house on a Sat. In less than 15min Ian was done taking the measurements for my 3 closets and a mudroom. He is very quick to understand his customers needs and by night time he had sent me the designs for approval. Him and his team wore their masks the whole day during installation and cleaned up their workspace when they were done. I highly recommend them and will hire them again and again. Ooh and my mudroom is a show stopper!
