Sasha helped us with staging our home for sale. We wanted to just try the market to see if we could sell our home in this great market. We bought our home about 2 years ago and it sat on the market for over a year when we bought it, so we were not expecting anything to happen to quickly. She came to our home and took detailed notes and photographs, and by that evening she gave us a couple options and ways to make our home more attractive to sell. There was a cheap way, middle way and really expensive way. We were a little hesitant so we went with the middle way. A couple days later our house was made ready for sale and it looked great. Our house went for sale on Sunday night, and by Wednesday night we sold for 250k over asking. And we didn't put a low price on the home for a bidding war. We just asked what we wanted and people came in saying that it was worth more. Without her help we could not have achieved such a great result. Thank you for all your help.
