An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I have been a SafeTech customer for over 10 years and am happy to write this review on their behalf. I hired SafeTech to install an alarm system for my home. The installation went great they showed up the day after I called them and installed motion sensors and window and door contacts. The thing that impressed me the most about SafeTech is that the owner Sean actually showed up while the installation was taking place. I really felt that this went above and beyond what I was expecting from a security company and as a result I have employed them to monitor my alarm system for over 10 years. SafeTech is a great company that really puts a personal touch on their customer interactions. I can’t recommend them more highly.
