Very quick and thoughtful . Our house was waterproofed before we bought it but there was a leak in the basement bathroom this summer. I was concreted the entire waterproofing would need to be redone . Act Fast Waterproofing was extremely professional . Came to our house , examined the issue , And said ‘if it were my house here is what I would do’. I never looked up . They came within a few days to complete the job and spent time explaining the principles of how they designed the waterproofing repair for our basement . They also put a protective strip outside . What I appreciated the most is that they did exactly what they would do and they were taking me through the journey along the way . They approached it as if we were family . This is so rare in this business. They also left everything so clean and also somehow managed to keep all the tiles intact in the basement so that it was easy to put them back after . My dad who is in construction industry was impressed with quality and the work done . Big thanks to Act Fast Waterproofing! They treat you like family . Thanks for your help ! We moved into a new house and had to get shades and drapes for most of the windows. Gabriel very quickly turned our house into a sophisticated and a very cozy one. Also it was a GREAT experience (so rare in this industry.) First I was a bit hesitant to do it all, as it is a big project. Also my experience with the drapes and blinds folks has been disappointing in the past (eg Linen Chest took two weeks just to give a rough quote.) Gabriel is an exception in this industry. I could not be happier that we've gone with him. Gabriel is efficient and respectful of his customers' time and, with the years of experience and the eye for great style, provides the advice you need. For the drapes for our living room he knew right away what material will work well. The drapes absolutely transformed the room. The room got a wow effect. Gabriel knows the blinds very well too and provided different solutions for different rooms that we have, based on our needs. Gabriel also has competitive pricing and high quality product. More importantly, he makes himself available and responds promptly. He is a rare professional who takes care of his clients. He really doesn't leave until the client is happy. With one of the rooms, the drapes flared at the bottom because of the material we picked and high ceilings. I could live with it, but Gabriel insisted that he would come back and fix it. He spent an entire afternoon working with different techniques to make it picture perfect. The drapes have perfect shape and look absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend Gabriel to anyone. You will have a very pleasant experience by a top notch professional.
