We were looking at houses in the relatively new area of Watermark and visited the show homes. New West was the only agent who offered us free access to the existing spec homes so off the hop we felt we got a good reception. Fast forward to the purchase they were very accommodating with our possession date. Of most importance we had many design changes from their planned basement development and they accommodated them all, Mike even offered very valuable advice on the design. After we took possession and even beyond the 1 year warranty the team was always accommodating with all follow up repairs and even now they team is always accessible if I have any questions. Most of all the purchase of this house was smooth and the New West team is very accommodating.
