No customer service and they can't keep their stories straight
Getting helped in Sleep Country is easy. After they have your money, they couldn't care less. When I bought my set with the warranty, David at the Lougheed store should have given me a spot cleaning kit according to another associate there. I now have to drive down to get it. But then again, another associate said that it should have come with the delivery (it didn't). They are to call between 8 to 9 to give you a delivery time. They didn't. Since there is no central delivery number to call, I left a message at the store that took my money to call me ASAP when they opened at 10. By 1:30 they couldn't find the time to call. I called the warehouses to determine who and when my bed would be delivered and they said that they called and I was "not available". I did have 3 calls that morning and kept them under a minute waiting for the call that never came. Delivery said that they only try once. I called Christine at customer service and she said that they call more than once and that it was coded that I did "not answer" the call. After wasting more than an hour of my time I asked for compensation and Christine said that she couldn't do that. When I told her to find someone who could, she said that she would call be back in 2 hours. Two hours passed and no phone call. My daughter called to find out what happened, I spoke to her for 1 minute and 40 seconds and called Christine back. Christine said that she call 3 times and that I didn't answer. They had the right phone number. Being deceptive is very easy for them, no one else had trouble getting through. No one used the phone for the 2 hours. They offered me a $25 gift card. There is nothing in the store for $25 and I would not give that company another sale.
