I had a class yesterday at a College. I teach Interactive Production Design, where students learn about the importance of customers, etc. I brought my flowers, my mug and my cards to the classroom, to tell them how a company that paints walls can make a whole positive customer experience out of it. A true case study to excel at customer service. This company not only paint great walls. They make you feel WOW.
