Our washing machine became stuck in the rinse and spin mode and after several troubleshooting attempts - it was identified that the Drain Pump had been broken. We've owned this washing machine for approx 7 years and this was the first major issue. We reached out to Anujan and he was immediately able to schedule us in the next day. He was diligent enough to understand the error codes over the phone and asked us for the model number of our washer so that he could pick. up a Drain Pump prior to coming. He arrived on time - and was tidy and got the job done in 1.5 hours. Given his own correct assessment and being proactive to get the drain pump ahead of time (instead of multiple visits) - he was able to repair it successfully. He was previously assigned to my in-laws (through Leon's warranty program) to repair their washer/dryer combo (see my other reviews) and we've kept his contact handy ever since. I highly recommend Electro Gas/Anujan for your appliance repair needs - sharp, straight to the point and will get the job done.

Claudia and Ricardo were wonderful to work with. We scheduled in a time that worked and Claudia confirmed the day before to ensure the repair would be done. Ricardo arrived on time and got to work, he replaced the caulking in the kitchen sink and the master bathroom. He worked quietly and diligently and got the job done, and it looked brand new. I needed to replace a broken toilet and have a new one installed. Greg from A&A reached out and sent out a installer to get the job done! The install was quick and easy - and clean! Steve (from Greg's team) also brought the toilet down to the garage. Appreciate the help from A&A!

Repair was covered by Warranty. Anujan was very professional from the moment he was assigned our service repair. He scheduled a time that worked best for us, came in and efficiently assessed the root cause of the problem and was able to also explain why. He ordered the required parts on the spot and said he would return in 2-4 days to finish the repair. He came in as expected and flawlessly finished the job. Washing machine was good as new after that. I highly recommend Anujan for any appliance repair, he will be honest, straight-forward and get the job done.

Great customer service, showed up on time, very clean and organized, and even managed to drop the price because our new-build isn't duct-cleaning friendly (meaning they couldn't clean it as ideally as they liked to). The carpet cleaning team came 2 hours after the duct cleaning and also executed flawlessly. Will be calling them again in about 2-3 years for re-service!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Ramiro was short a helping hand (his partner was unable to show up) but still managed to complete BOTH washrooms in ONE day! It was definitely an amazing feat! He went ABOVE and BEYOND, he cleaned and restored my bathtubs, cleaned around the toilets and basically REFRESHED both washrooms. I highly recommend him if you need to give your washroom a good update or definitely prior to selling!
