We've worked with Casa One for over 12 years now on large and small projects. The first job they did for us was to renovate the master bathroom. They made it a beautiful spa. That was 12 years ago. That led to a living room renovation with gorgeous built in cabinets and stonework around our fireplace. After that, we decided to rebuild the entire house (while preserving the work that had already been done). It was a 9 month job, but the results were fabulous. Casa One created an Executive home for my family. They added a second storey, gave us a gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, massive windows, 5 bathrooms, beautiful decks and outside space. We couldn't be happier. This latest work they did for us was to complete everything that was outstanding on the "honey do list" to prepare our home for sale. We're hopeful that Casa One will be our builder for our next home as well. All in all, they do high quality work with quality materials at reasonable and realistic prices. They have always worked diligently to make sure that we were happy with their work. They can do it all, but they will bring in sub trades as needed. We can't thank them enough for what they've done for us as a family. You won't be disappointed with this company. I trust them.

The bin was delivered late, despite being told it would be delivered on the previous day. The bin size was wrong. I ordered a smaller one, but they delivered one twice as big and told me to "fill it up half way". The contents of the bin once the work was done included dirt and sod. That's what I had been given a quote on. Clean fill. Much to my surprise, after they picked up the bin, they charged me an additional $265 for a mixed load (garbage). I called and spoke with "Jessica" who admitted that they had made an error and promised to refund my money that day. Didn't happen. 6 more phone calls, endless excuses, such as "The fellow who signs off on the refunds has been off sick having a medical procedure" ... still no refund. We're now dealing with VISA to take over the dispute. DO NOT use this company. They are dishonest. Zero star rating.

We had a front porch put on our home and wanted a metal roof to match the roof on our house. We'd used another company the first time we had it done. The porch roof leaked from day one. Wish we'd used DVR from the beginning! We sat and discussed what they would do and the cost was arranged. They removed the leaky roof and redid it. No more leak. They were professional and respectful of our home and tidied up. Not only would I recommend them, I have hired them back again to work on my shed!
