Hired Guillemette Masonry to complete a rehab of two apts., and exterior work such as build decks, paint, foundation work, i.e. several months work. Started by gutting and refinishing the insides. This work was not completed and neither was the majority of the rest. Guillemette's lack of project management in timeliness became apparent halfway when it was discussed. We offered to find additional contractors to keep the project on tome and was agreed upon by Guillemette. The main boss, Kevin, was soon replaced by his brother Jeff, who was not as capable. Je within days announced they were leaving for another project. This abandonment created much anxiety trying to find new contractors at the season's busiest time. We would never hire Guillemette nor recommend them for any serious project work after they abandoned this project to once they realized their serious over commitment.
