5+ Stars for Atlantis Exteriors! Jordan provided an excellent service cleaning our gutters and windows. Especially in Ancaster with dense trees. Above and beyond service. This is our second year Atlantis serviced the property, will definitely use again! Highly recommend
Highly recommend National Vacuum. My built in vacuum hose was broken and they fixed in the same day. Parts were available, labor was friendly and experienced. A very positive experience
We contracted Vacu-man to clean the ducts in our house in May 2020. Chris and Jay arrive on time and provided "white glove" service from start to end. Their cleaning system where suction is applied centrally at the furnace minimizes dust/debris flow throughout the house. As a result there was very little cleanup on completion. As expected the procedure made a significant difference in the furnace efficiency and substantially increased airflow even in the furtherest registers from the furnace. Chris and Jay even helped us with adjusting the register dampers to better balance the heat distribution. All in all a great result with prompt, efficient, and professional service. Service depends on the cleaning team
Hit and miss depending on the cleaning team..... different cleaning staff on a weekly basis.... Paying top end and sometimes get trainees... Sometimes a great clean and sometimes a good dusting.

We are committed to always maintaining our standards, and I'm sad to learn your services didn't reflect that. If you'd like to contact our office, I'd be happy to personally address any concerns you have had. You did mention having 'trainees' in your home... Yes, we do have trainees in our clients' homes at times. I'd like to assure you that when a trainee is sent to a home, they are working as an extra person (team of 3), while you would only be billed for 2 cleaners.
