Called IBX cos their website declared that they were "proud Winners of Top Choice Award for Business Excellence again for the year 2009", but after they came, I checked the BBB website and then found homestars and realized that you can't trust their website. 2 guys came with the right equipment, while the younger chap was fine, the older guy was basically rude to my wife. When the younger chap paid some attention to cleaning, the older guy just cut in to keep the job short. Rug cleaning was dismal, left it soaking wet. When I flipped and beat the rug myself, there was a lot of stuff falling out. can't say much about the airduct and main carpet cleaning.

They came in their well equipped truck, tuned up the garage door, explained what they were doing, and how I should take care of the door. Left me a couple spare rollers. Just great service!
