After meeting with various contractors, I went with Dan as he was knowledgeable, transparent and willing to address all of my concerns. Additionally, he provided me with follow up information and videos so I could better understand the process. Excellent communication. He made me feel comfortable proceeding with Celluloseman Inc for the removal, air sealing and upgrading of my attic with cellulose insulation. Dans crew, David and Yves, executed the work and clean-up. They are highly skilful in their trade, hardworking and treated my home with the utmost respect. The work was done in a timely manner and David happily answered my questions when the work was being done. By far the most professional and courteous company I have ever dealt with. I was very impressed right from the first call with Environmental Pest Control. I spoke with Sam who was the most helpful professional who guided me through their company’s process. He then scheduled an appointment for me in a timely manner and assured me of the work that would be provided. I had a fantastic technician named Brad who serviced my home. He was very knowledgeable personable and went above and beyond to satisfy all my concerns pertaining to my mouse issue. He arrived on time, explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions. I have had very unpleasant experiences in the past with pest control companies, therefore I appreciated how Brad was so enthusiastic with respect to the quality of his work and you could tell he cared about his clients and how he represented the company. New to Ontario, I was very impressed with Bosco’s professionalism and knowledge from our first meeting. Bosco was reliable, returned all of my calls, provided a detailed quote, all necessary documentation to satisfy my Strata Corporation, and answered all of my questions and concerns pertaining to the replacement of my roof. Additionally, all of his work comes with a Guarantee. His crew arrived on time on the scheduled date at 8:00am sharp and began working straight away …first by setting up a perimeter around my home to protect the premises from fallen debris, gathered work materials and continually worked hard throughout the day. Lastly, the crew made sure the exterior was thoroughly cleaned at the end of the job. I was impressed by his crews work ethic, how professional they were and how they kept the work space tidy and safe at all times. Their ability to work together to complete the job in such a timely manner was very much appreciated.
