From the get go Thales was very knoweldgeble on what was required and was extremely professional. His quote while wasn’t the cheapest, was real value for the work they did. My main floor had hardwood already and I was particular that the hardwood upstairs matched the mainfloor. Thales gave me many options of which he sourced a company that would custom order the exact hardwood color and sheen of that on my main floor. The work was done well and in a timely manner. His entire team was professional and very polite.

He was extremely polite, professional and on point. He gave me a quote and did his best to move things around to squeeze me into his schedule. His crew came on time and completed the job right on time and did an amazing job. the crew was extremely professional, polite and cleaned up the entire place before they left.
