I don’t know the quality of the product yet that this company provides, but I don’t like the attitude and the service that they gave me when I called about my order. I have been shopping for counter top since my kitchen was installed in June. To avoid any delays or waiting times I decided to go with IKEAs offer for pure white laminate counter top. My island is wider so I have to pay for custom production which I understand. On my order was written that the kitchen is installed and all is in place to avoid any more delays. I was told by the Ikea employee that the company that produces and install’s the counter top will call me in about 3 days after they receive my order. So I waited and waited till it was 14 days later, then I decided to call them myself. First they transferred me to someone that deals with only Ikea orders and then I was told that I have been misinformed about the call and that I was responsible to call them myself (well what a service ) and then she told me that usually when order from Ikea comes in, the cabinets are not installed yet…..(it was written on my order its ready to go ) …..and then I was told that they dealing with IKEA and will let them know not to misinform the customers ….well I am not sure if I was the manager or the owner of the company I would try to argue with someone like IKEA, who give me the biggest portion of the work, it might result the elimination of the contract…. Instead I would get a more reliable person dealing with the orders from IKEA and make sure when the order comes in I would call the customer and ask the situation, like if the kitchen is ready or if there is still a waiting time or not……..Now I have to wait three more days until they call me to schedule the measurement for the template and that is not all….I have two jobs and cannot take time off as they please or they have time and it might take another 2 weeks and then installation? I might be lucky to get it by Christmas???? I feel like pulling the order out and go with someone else. Very disappointed with the service….very disappointed  Olly

Olly, please accept my apology for the delay in your counter top order. The notation on the paperwork from Ikea that the order was ready for measure was overlooked by our staff. It is rare that an order from Ikea is already installed when received by PF Custom Countertops. I am following up on the order and will do all we can to expedite the fabrication and installation so you will have a functional kitchen as soon as possible.
