We had a thermo pump installed in June. my husband and I had no problem getting a hold of anyone, the rep. who came to see us wouldnt leave us alone. Now they have our money, we can't get a hold of anyone. Something is wrong with the pump and they keep rescheduling our appointments. No wonder why we couldn't find any reviews....
