The sales gentleman Gleb was very professional, knowledged and had a great sense of humor. The contractors, Ben and Marat, who installed our new windows, were wonderful. The kept their work-space clean, were great to detail when removing and installing and most important, installed our windows professionally with great eye for detail in the fitting and good time-frame for the installation. They took care of our home and ensured we were happy with their service before leaving. We would recommend Optima for window replacement. They have great quality windows with great quality service.
