Long Time customer in Wasaga Beach

I purchased t stone from them. I was a long time customer of this company. Had about 25% extra stone left over after project completed due to contractor error.. Requested return of extra stone. Company refused to consider any return even with offer of substantial restocking fee. I was told "it is against company policy" but no prior mention of this policy at time order was placed and no notice posted.. I have to eat the overage as I have no use for it. Poor customer relations. Be careful when you deal with this company.
