After a lot of research and getting quotes from friends for numerous (recommended) contractors, we decided to go with Grayson/DGI. We were blown away by the number of positive comments on Homestars. His pricing was fair and he carried some designs which none of the other folks had. We were very impressed with his timely responses and the commitment to deadline. Grayson was very professional and polite and he was able to answer all our questions and address our concerns. Our job was a bit custom and he helped us decide on the right design. Just after the install, we found a long scratch on the bottom of the glass insert and he right away said to hold the payment until he changes the glass within the next few days. As expected, he came within the next few days and changed the glass at no extra cost. This is testament to his professionalism and care he has for his clients. The inserts look amazing, the job was clean and we have had lot of people ask us about them. We will recommend Grayson 2000% to anyone & everyone. Wish all contractors were like him.
