Mould removal and drywall rebuild
The work was done for the BOTTOM corner of a walk-in closet on the SECOND floor of the house (just 2.5 years old). The problem was due to the builder irresponsibly pointed the downspout discharge towards the house (instead of away from the house). And of course we couldn't get proper help or warrenty protection from the builder nor the so-call Tarion. We were so glad that MouldMedic spotted the root cause right on and helped fix it at reasonable cost.
