My computer "froze" and wouldn't unstick. I contacted Claudio and he came over the same day. He diagnosed the problem as my hard drive. He replaced it, reinstalled Windows 10 and my anti-virus software and did it quickly and professionally. I thought the cost was very reasonable and I liked that it took place in my home so that I could be there to enter passwords, etc. when appropriate. I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed computer work. I waited a month to ensure that there were no "hiccups", but everything works great.
