Our washer stopped working mid cycle. Turned out to be an issue with with the motor control unit. Sergei was able to diagnose, source the part, pick it up and replace it all within 1.5hrs. Great communication right up to the end with fast and speedy service. Highly recommend

We bought a fleck 5600 and needed it installed. We used Homestar to source our service request and had several quotes provided. WATER DOCTOR was very quick to respond to several questions, the level of service and ease through our communication was great 11/10. Once we decided to go with WATER DOCTOR they were able to come the next day. The installation was clean and smooth and they were able to bypass our fridge waterline. Lian answered our many questions and was a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t be more happy with the service and installation. They were so efficient and easy to deal with that I was trying to see what else we could use them for. 100/10. I should note we received installation quotes ranging from 250-1000 (not including water softener system or bypass). Great price for superior service

Nima and Tony came by to install some exterior potlights, porch light, several smart switches and additional switch box. Nima, Tony and Moe were very pleasant to deal with. We had an issue with one of the smart switches and Nima came by within the next couple of days to fix it. Would definitely recommend!
