We've been using Memar now for two years and he's done a great job with all the drawings. Permits are usually done first shot. As the GC for many projects ranging from garages to resturants Sean will do what it takes to get the job done right.For small additions or garages permits are done in a couple of weeks. We've used other engineers in the past, yes they can get the permits but when you need an adjustment, change or site visit - its next to impossible - not with Sean's crew. The only downside to Memar is their office location, since most of our jobs are in the west getting downtown is pain in the ***. Thanks again for an outstanding job!
