Ductwise is my "go to" company for cleaning the heating ducts and dryer vents. In decades of home ownership I've had many companies clean my heating ducts and dryer vents and none compare to the excellent service provided by Ductwise. They arrive on time and are courteous, careful and thorough. Phil takes time at the start to explain what will be done. If I have any specific concerns (e.g., wallboard dust from a recent renovation), when the job is done he'll report on what he found (yes, there was wallboard dust and also saw dust). Phil is knowledgeable about mold and bacteria and can be relied upon to ensure the ducts are free of such harmful contaminants. Being allergic to mold, I have peace of mind knowing Phil can be counted on to check for mold and effectively remove it. Kyle, Phil's assistant, took the initiative to adjust the heating vent in my art studio because I had mentioned that the vent blew too much air on my pastel drawings. Before Phil and Kyle left my home, they checked that everything they had moved was put back in place. Finally, unlike some other companies I've dealt with in the past, Ductwise does not use pressure sales tactics, such as saying annual duct cleaning is essential. In fact, this time around, Phil made a point of telling me I wouldn't have to have the ducts cleaned for another 3 years and explained why.
