I was referred to Devon and Alec by my mother and had them in to clean a sectional, rug and carpet on stairwell. I was impressed from the very first phone call. Devon was pleasant and helpful and explained all options to me. We booked a time and they showed up with smiles (through their masks). Everything they were about to do was explained and they took great care to protect my hardwood floors, and trim when bringing the equipment in. They worked efficiently and with little noise.
