We just bought a 50 year old house that had a lot of renovations done by the previous owner. We wanted to make sure everything was clean and off to a fresh start, so hired Bytown to come clean the ducts. Team 1 came by first think in the morning , on time, and after unloading everything they noticed our last cleaning was actually recorded on the furnace as less than 1.5 years before. They let me know right away, but due to the renovations I suggested we go ahead anyway. They took a look - using their camera on some ducts to look around, and immediately came to me and told me the ducts were spotless. I couldn't believe their honesty - they could have carried on and I would have had no idea - but they gave me the choice to proceed, but after showing me a few areas which were super clean I agreed it would be a waste of money to proceed with the cleaning. The team was so honest and professional and weren't upset at all that they had unloaded everything and we didn't go through with the clean. We appreciated the honesty so much, being new homeowners, and we will definitely be calling ByTown in a few years!!

My fiance and I knew, when we bought our 65 year old home, that there could be asbestos in the walls but had no plans on tearing them down.
