Marianne in the Annex

Pierre Pilotte is a fantastic find. He focuses on all those pesky little househould to-dos that never get done - especially in an older house. Pierre has replaced sinks, installed safety bars on windows, new baseboards, fixed painting chips etc. He typically comes over, checks out the problem, buys materials (which you reimburse at cost) and away he goes for an hourly rate. Pierre and I spent an afternoon cleaning out my basement - something I was never motivated to do myself (nor could I get my husband inspired). Pierre is honest, has a good eye (recommended some furniture moves which made sense) and a genuinely nice person to work with. Basically every six months I call Pierre with a new list of items. He has a broad knowledge of repairs and is also honest about what he can't do. I highly recommend Pierre!
