We had two issues. Some fascia soffit wood rot damage and a roof repair/shingle. Peter examined the problem and suggested a combo approach that would allow each to be done with the other factored in. This would ensure less likelihood for problems later and be less costly. He was able to schedule the two jobs back to back to reduce inconvenience. They were prompt, friendly and finished on time We were sufficiently pleased to have hired them back for some work on our rental property.
