Arnold was our sales rep. He talked a good game. In our contract it stated that all wood in the roof would be replaced if needed. Immediately upon the job being completed I noticed a large bulging area of the roof. I inquired on the day of installation and Arnold assured me that it 'just needed time to settle' and if we were not eventually happy with it that it would be sorted out. Well it never 'settled' and trying to get Arnold back out to rectify this problem was impossible, even trying to talk to him on the phone about it was next to impossible - he even hung up on me one time and did not call back - not very professional. All in all, I was very disappointed with Contex and I most certainly would not recommend them.

We are relatively happy with the 20,000 worth of products we have recently bought from Canadian Choice Windows. However, our sales person Toni Dicesare was rude, obnoxious and frankly completely unprofessional. Throughout the 2 sales, 1 repair and 1 potential sale (that will not be happening now) there were always glitches. Instead of owning up to these mistakes along the way, Toni always deflected blame onto somebody else - often times the factory, the installer or the head office. The latest instance of this poor professionalism culminated in Toni accusing my wife of fabricating an agreed upon price. He then proceeded to hurl expletive laced abuse atcher as he stormed out of the house, slamming the door in the process. Needless to say, we will be looking elsewhere for our future window and door products.
