As with our first home inspection, Mike went above and beyond with our second home inspection. Especially because our new house much further away than his usual work area. Mike was thorough and we got the chance to walk around the whole house with him as he did the inspections. As he worked, he explained everything to us along the way. The house came with a pre-inspection by the seller but we opted to use Mike anyway. We are glad we did because he found things that the seller's pre-inspection did not find. So, now we have complete confidence in our home purchase thanks to Mike and his attention to detail and professionalism. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home inspector.
