I was having a hard time finding replacement parts for a 25 year old, discontinued woodstove. They found the parts, ordered them and installed one of them. They were the friendliest people, helpful and ready to problem-solve to help out with another issue involving certification of a woodstove installation. I have book-marked them in my short list of people who meet and exceed my expectations.

This company has serviced both our home and our cottage for almost 20 years. They come when they say they will, they get the job done and they smile while they're doing it. How could you not admire guys who do what they do, with a smile.

Without my knowledge or authorization, sent a serviceman to my rental house to re-light the fireplace pilot. I instructed them to send the bill to the tenant who had called them to come out, they refused and cancelled my account. My account with them over the past 6 years was always paid on time though I found the serviceman somewhat surly and some work that was done was questionable. (a replacement part dangling by it's wires from the fireplace instead of installed inside the unit) But, in a small town, not much competition.
