The surface area of the roof was measured, the work was discussed; and they took the time to answer questions from all the units - and a reasonable quote provided. The Kovar team began the work on time each day, completing the task early on the third day; and neighours commented on the professionalism of the work carried out and the daily cleanup at then end of the day. The foreman checked the work each day and ensured quality control on the jobsite. Every member of the team on the roof was qualified and certified to be working at height, always attached to the anchors. The materials used were what was ageed upon and I appreciated the slightly larger vent used that ensured the entire roof area was properly ventilated. My unit had the largest roo area for the block ar 1048 sq. Ft. I recommended then too my neighboring block as they are gathering quuotes to have their roof done as well.
