Online purchase and pickup a failure
I purchased patio lights online with the store pickup option. The item was to be picked up at the Heartland Store in Mississauga and I received a confirmation indicating that. I checked the inventory and they had four in stock out of which I was ordering one. I received an email two days later that my order was available for pickup in Brampton (a city away). I called customer service and they didn't understand what could of happened, were very pleasant and in the end couldn't do anything for me. I cancelled the order. Frustrating waster of time, good thing it wasn't a high ticket item. I would suggest Lowes figure out the flaws of their system before rolling it out.
