My 16x7 garage door has never worked well since it was installed over 10 years ago. It slowly shifts to one side after every opening and makes a metal grinding noise. Eventually it will jam and I have to manually shift the door back to the other side. Greg did an excellent job tuning up the door. He and his son meticulously adjust the tracks (levelling the door), the rail and the spring shaft heights, cross braced the opener (remove vibrations), replaced rusted rollers and brackets, and clean the sectional panels. I never thought the door can be so quiet! Although not necessary, I asked Greg to replace the torsion springs with the long life ones so I don't have to worry about broken springs for a long time. The door was originally installed by a large reputable company. All of these adjustments should have been done when it was first installed. I would highly recommend the Garage Door Depot.

Got a small roof leak around the chimney. Michel took some pictures of the improperly installed flashings and explained why the leak doesn't happen all the time. After the repair, he showed pictures and explained how he chalked in both visible and non-visible areas. Michel's charge is also very reasonable. I can now sleep better on rainy nights without the dripping sound from the wall, and I am confident it will stay that way for a long time. Thanks Michel.
