We have a squeaky floor in one of our bedrooms. Lev came over for an assessment. He was very thorough taking us through the causes of squeaky floors and how Squeak Knights can help with their custom solutions. He spent a good deal of time inspecting the room and patiently answered all my questions. Our home renovation project changed so the bedroom now falls outside of our scope, but should we need help with squeaky floors Squeak Knights will be our first call.

Over the past while, I've been living in a small, but growing mold problem in my main bathroom. Black mold was evident around the tub and the washing machine bellow. I needed to contact a professional to determine the scope of what needs to be done to move forward. Gregg showed up on time, didn't come in until I invited him, gave me a card and put on plastic covers over his boots. It was a great first impression. I showed him the bathroom and explained the things I thought were issues. He listened and then did his inspection using his equipment. As he was doing so, he gave me a ton of useful information in terms of where the problem areas are and what is needed to correct them. I was worried a larger renovation might be needed, but Gregg assured me these are relatively minor issues; some of which I can do myself and others which his plumbing and electrical contacts can help me with. I needed a professional to give me assurance and a plan to solve my mold problem. Gregg at mold.ca has done that, and I look forward to leveraging his instruction and network to do so.

I needed 9 lights (ceiling, pendant, bathroom, sconce) and 4 smoke/co2 wired alarms installed. As a first-time Blue Eagle customer, it was nice to see Sergio be responsive with communications not just from the start, but through the two days of installation. He answered all the questions I had, and was quick and clean with his work. He asked things like how much length I would like for the pendant to hang, and what my preference was for orienting the sconce. The quote Sergio offered at the beginning was what I paid in the end. My home looks amazing with these updated fixtures, and I have peace of mind knowing the new smoke/co2 detectors will keep me safe. I thank Sergio and Blue Eagle Electric for making the process smooth and easy. I'll need a few more fixtures installed down the line and I won't hesitate to call back.

It was Sunday afternoon and I needed a washing machine repair quickly for a tenant. Atiar answered the call and was able to fit an appointment in that very evening. He was able to fix the washer within a couple of hours, and even took a picture to show me some items that were lodged inside the drainage pump since I wasn't there onsite to see it for myself. Great first impression. I wouldn't hesitate to call Atiar again for future appliance repair needs.
