The company reached out about 5 minutes after I submitted the work request, came out on Victoria Day, quickly diagnosed the problem AND had the part needed to fix it so we didn’t have to wait any longer to get it fixed! He was very courteous, explained things in plain language and didn’t charge extra for coming out on a holiday!
