I have not used RoyInch services for 3 years now since my last tuneup when the furnace STOPPED a few days later after the tech was here. Roy Inch fixed the problem at NO COST but I lost my Faith in them. Thought I would give another chance. So just had another Furnace tuneup ... and we shall see. The tech .. Dylan Simpson was just a GREAT guy .. polite ... and did a GREAT job ... I am NOW back in the RoyInch family and probably will buy my next furnace /air off these folks .. They stepped their game up ....
