We hired Alex after receiving a few quotations and we selected him based on his professional demeanor and he was very organized with photos of previous projects. We had ~60 feet of fencing replaced and a gate added. Admitedly, we were somewhat indecisive, even changing our plan the day before but Alex was very flexible and it was clear that his priority was to ensure we were happy with the results. We LOVE our new fence and gate and we have received many compliments on it from our neighbours. It is better than we even anticipated!

After several years of living through small renovations, we decided to completely gut and renovate our 1896 home. Given that it is an older home that has been in our family for many years, we wanted to ensure that we found the right builder to restore it with care and shared vision. We interviewed several builders prior to making our decision. We are SO happy that we decided to go with Jason and Oak Ridge Custom Homes. From the very beginning, Jason's responsiveness, attention to detail and organizational skills put us at ease. We did not have to call to check in on progress or status because he contacted us nearly every day to keep us informed at each stage of the project. As busy people (moving, working and pregnant), this gesture was so significant in alleviating stress and allowing us to enjoy the process. The project involved gutting and transforming all three floors, (insulating, drywall, flooring, all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, basement waterproofing and all finishes). The tradespeople working with Jason were always pleasant, respectful and highly skilled. they had to work around us at the completion of the project because we had a baby and had to move back in and they were careful to value our space and keep the intrusion to a minimum. The finished product is absolutely stunning, the "before and afters" astonishing. Jason has managed to give us all the comforts and beauty of a new house while maintaining the traditon of this 100 year old home. It's bright, spacious and the work is of high quality. We have gotten a lot of favourable feedback from friends about the custom elements of the home and the beautiful trimwork. We are unbelievably pleased with how things turned out and have no regrets. Overall, working with Jason and his team was akin to working with a very good friend. He was easy-going and professional- we trusted him a great deal and he kept on task and budget. He was very fair, helpful and thoughtful. When small problems came up, he addressed them immediately, shielding us from any undue stress or worry. Jason made sure we were completely satisfied upon completion. We enjoyed the process and are thrilled with our new space to enjoy and to raise our new family in. Thank you!!

We hired the Moore Brothers after getting several quotes to repair and paint the dining room, bedroom, kitchen ceilings and walls in our late 1800's house. Our ceilings were cracked and damaged from the house settling over time, some old water damage and recent electrical repairs. The Moore brothers worked very diligently. They were pleasant and professional- keeping us up to date with their progress and even letting our cat in and out throughout the day. They made an effort to finish within our prefered time frame. The ceilings look brand new and far better than we ever expected. Thank you!!

Kiya and his team did an excellent job in re-wiring our late 1800's home. This was not an easy job- flat roof and plaster walls (with concrete strength) but Kiya and his crew were positive and hardworking. They completed the job in a timely manner and provided us with the electrical report for insurance purposes. Kiya made good suggestions about outlet and switch placements and was willing to hear our feedback and suggestions along the way.
