My husband and I were making a very big decision to purchase our first home and needed to feel secure that the property was in good order. During the inspection, Haniel first did an overview of the home and then took us on a detailed tour to show us all of the findings and answered all of our questions, even if they were not directly related to the inspection. At the end of the inspection Haniel provided us with the report as well as pictures he took during the inspection for our reference. On a couple of occasions after the closing we had some general questions about the home and Haniel was always very prompt and pleasant in helping us out.
