I purchased a new salt water Arctic spas for my house, this location has an excellent sales and delivery teams. I had a somewhat complicated request involving moving 3 hot tubs, new one home, old Arctic spa to my cottage and an old Beachcomber to a friend. Everything went according to plan, kudos to Trevor and his installation team and the post sale support team.

Update: The contractor is trying resolve my issues with the concrete company, "Intercounty Concrete". Revised Details: I had a driveway, two walk ways, a flower bed and a back porch, all exposed aggregate. Initially I was happy with the workmanship, everything looked great until the first the first winter. The problem, aggregate stones started popping out, ....
