If you’re looking for a top notch masonry company, don’t waste any more of your time as your search is over............go with Frank & Sons Masonry Ltd. Why you ask? Just to summarize up front, words I would use to describe Frank & Sons Masonry Ltd.: -Reliable -Honest -Professional -Knowledgeable -Quality workmanship I needed to have the top layers of the chimney repaired. Frank (son) was the only company to come out and give me an estimate and discuss the work personally. The other companies gave me an estimate based on some pictures that I emailed; one company gave an estimate based on Google Earth pictures????? All the other companies said I needed to have the whole chimney redone at three times the cost that Frank quoted based on just repairing the top layers. Frank was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done in detail and terms that I could understand. He always kept his word and emailed or got back to me with information on the day that he said he would; this is something I truly appreciated. You don't come across competency and exemplary customer service that often nowadays. When the work was done on June 30, 2016, they were punctual, did an excellent job (according to my brother who is a perfectionist) and cleaned up so there was no evidence they had been there. I have already referred Frank & Sons Masonry Ltd. to my cousin who needs some chimney work done. Also, my driveway and walkways made from interlocking bricks have sunk down and many bricks have shifted; this is a big project for me as the area to be fixed is large and I have procrastinated for years now in getting it repaired. Frank & Sons Masonry Ltd. somehow have motivated me and they will be doing this work in a couple of weeks. Thanks to Frank and his crew for making the chimney project painless; I am looking forward to having them work on my interlocking brick project.
