I called the office because it was the closest removal company to location. Deborah Aello was a delight to work with. She explained everything in an non complex way and was very personable and projected confidence and knowledge. Our appointment was on Monday, she called to confirm and touch base at the end of the day on Friday. She has great follow through. Michal Pacer kept me up to date on calls to let us know his timing, he was caught in traffic. They actually were able to arrive only a few minutes late but Mihal kept me aware of his location until he arrived. Both Michal Parker and Andrew White were fast and efficient. It took them less then 30 minutes to clear out our refuse. They were polite and light hearted, even though they were probably frustrated at being stuck in traffic, they didn't show it, or complain. It was a nice change of pace to get excellent customer service these days

They started off good but did not care about the finish or complaints. Keep calling them and was told by owners Thomas and Sean that they would come and fix mistakes but it has been almost a year and haven't seen them yet, and they don't return calls. I was told at the beginning that I don't pay until the job is finished yet after 1 week they asked for 1/2 the money. The work is fast and furious and not well done, some of the stones have sunk into the ground and the glue isn't holding so the caps are all coming off. They made my driveway and patio look worse instead of better. I am now looking for another company to repair the mistakes they made.
