I am lucky enough to have three area rugs which I adore. Taking them to be cleaned made me nervous, but I went to the website of Canadian Rug Traders, where I bought the rugs, and they were one of the cleaning companies they recommended. They carefully inspected the rugs when I took them in and I am very pleased with the results. Not cheap, however, but the rugs weren't either. I would use their services again. They also offer drop-off and pick-up services.

Having bought a "new" home last July, the boiler would not start in September. The courteous and knowledgeable technician quickly identified the issue and carried out the repairs. He was able to identify the age of the unit and comment on the general operational condition of the motor.

The service was courteous and efficient, both at the time of booking and in-home. The issue with the boiler not starting was quickly assessed and repaired, followed by an inspection and general maintenance performed, with explanation throughout.

Cheerful, prompt and very courteous, despite some very challenging pieces and narrow stairs up as well as tiny stairs down into the "rabbit's den." Would definitely recommend their services for a domestic move!
