This set the tone for the duration of our project - immediate and personal communication from start to finish. Even after the job was done he responded immediately (close to midnight) to an unforeseen plumbing issue which occurred after the install and took the time to talk us through it. The install itself was not straightforward due to various issues with our property but Nathan tackled all in his stride and to a high standard. Highly recommended.
