We have been using Francis Home Environment for several years now. We have insisted on Paul Boyer as our sole service representative for the past 3-4 years. This has resulted in consistent, reliable service since he now knows our requirements and is proactive in recommending upgrades and repairs. Paul is thorough, knowledgeable and personable. He's our guy!
