We are incredibly impressed with Tony's overall service! My spouse and I were only in town for a week to secure a home and Tony made this possible by making himself available for a pre-home inspection. Tony went above and beyond by scheduling us in despite us giving only a 50/50 chance of a confirmed date and time as we were waiting approval to gain access to the home. Other companies we called were unable to commit to us, for good reasons. Prior to inspection date, Tony emailed us a copy of the National Standards of Practice to give us some education on what are the guidelines/protocols/practises. We found this to be quite helpful. For the inspection, Tony arrived early and had a punctual start. He was very thorough and even took the time to go over the critical items with my spouse. Post inspection report, including clear photo and videos came within 24hrs. Tony also made himself available for questions and queries we had and even gave us an over the phone summary of items on the report he felt we would likely have questions about. His report was detailed and thorough and also offered several names and contact info of businesses and companies that could provide us assistance on items that needed attention. So far we have used the services of 2 companies he recommended (different services) and are also impressed with the work done so far.
