Products might be good but service horrible ...especially lately. We ordered gazebo through them and they sold parts of it to a different client when it came in so we are still waiting. A friend of ours had a problem with a chair they ordered not being in when they said. They never get back to us -and we've paid in full! BEWARE of any promises they give -they then claim the delivery is just an estimate etc. We have gone in to the store numerous times to find out when it is coming in and get the run around.

Artistic Group did our pool & landscaping and although they promise great service etc. they fall far short! For the price they charge you expect them to be ontop of everything. Although their designs are beautiful they are not aware of what goes on on site and their promises never are fulfilled. We had numerous problems -if I wasn't right there they wouldn't have poured half the deck even though they had all the designs. Our pool was not as deep as it was supposed to be. I had calls from the electrician because they never told him where things were supposed to go. The hedges they put in never thrived. The hot tub they put in was not according to bylaw in Nepean -distance from the house (even though we questioned them) -and they did not help us out when we had bylaw problems. We were silly and ended up asking them to open the pool the next year -they failed to bring the salt we ordered from them -which they claim they don't even put in anyway -you need to! Friends have had similar problems with them. They never followed up with our concerns except to ask for the holdback paid out! Very disappointing company -don't be fooled by their website!
